Welcome.

I’m Dr. Erika Bach, a licensed Clinical Psychologist specializing in trauma, relationships, anxiety, and depression.

My style is warm, collaborative, and interactive. I have training in CBT, couples, trauma-informed, psychodynamic, and third-wave (acceptance-based, mindfulness) therapies, and provide treatment tailored to your specific needs.

Frequently Asked Questions

  • During a brief phone call, we discuss what you would like to work on, how I might help you, and whether we are a good match for therapy.

  • I work with all insurance companies as an out of network provider, providing the paperwork required for reimbursement. Many people have out of network benefits and can be reimbursed for psychotherapy services by as much as 40-80%, depending on the plan.

To determine if you have out of network benefits, you can call your insurance company with the following questions:

    • Do I have out-of-network mental health insurance benefits?

    • Do my benefits provide coverage for both individual counseling (procedure code: 90834), and couples counseling (procedure code: 90847)?

    • What is my deductible? Has it already been met?

    • How many sessions per year are covered by my plan?

    • How much is reimbursed for each therapy session?

    • ‍Is there an "allowable amount" for behavioral healthcare?

  • All sessions at this time are virtual.

  • You can pay for therapy with credit card, Venmo, Paypal, or Zelle.

  • Cancellations made more than 24 hours in advanced will not be charged. If you do not attend an appointment or have not notified me at least 24 hours in advance, you are responsible to pay the full session cost. I do my best to offer opportunities to reschedule missed appointments in order to avoid charging for missed sessions.
